This Privacy Policy explains how Spank It ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit https://spankit.com (the “Site”), use our mobile applications, or interact with the Spank It platform, including creator tools, fan subscriptions, and the Spank It DAO. By accessing or using the Site and its services, you consent to the practices described below.

Personal Information We Collect

1. Device Information

When you visit the Site or use our apps, we automatically collect the following data about your device and browsing behavior:

  • Web browser type and version

  • IP address

  • Time zone

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

  • Pages viewed, time spent, and interaction patterns

  • Referring websites or search terms

We refer to this as “Device Information.”

Technologies Used:

2. Order & Transaction Information

When you subscribe to a creator, purchase pay-per-view (PPV) content, tip, or engage in any paid transaction:

  • We collect your PayPal Transaction ID for dispute resolution and record-keeping.

  • We do NOT store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or full payment details — all payments are securely processed via PayPal.

We refer to this as “Order Information.”

“Personal Information” in this policy includes both Device Information and Order Information.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Order Information is used to:

  • Process and fulfill subscriptions, PPV purchases, and tips

  • Communicate with you about transactions, refunds, or support

  • Detect and prevent fraud or chargebacks

  • Send service updates, promotional offers, or creator recommendations (only if you’ve opted in)

Device Information is used to:

  • Improve platform performance and user experience

  • Generate analytics on traffic, engagement, and feature usage

  • Prevent fraud (especially via IP monitoring)

  • Optimize marketing and advertising effectiveness

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to third parties.

We share limited data only when necessary:

  • Payment Processors (PayPal) – Only transaction IDs and necessary order data.

  • Legal Compliance – To respond to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests.

  • DAO & Token Operations – Wallet addresses (if you hold SPANK) are processed on-chain for governance and rewards — never linked to your real identity.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. However, you can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings or via our Cookie Consent Tool on first visit.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

If you are a European resident, you have the right to:

Data Retention

  • Order Information: Retained for 7 years for tax, audit, and dispute resolution purposes, unless you request deletion.

  • Device Information: Stored up to 26 months (Google Analytics standard).

  • Account Data: Deleted 30 days after account closure, unless legally required to retain.

Minors

Spank It is strictly for individuals 18 years and older. The Site, apps, and all services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently terminated, and authorities may be notified.

Spank It Token (SPANK) & DAO Privacy

  • Your wallet address is public on the blockchain when voting or claiming rewards.

  • We never link on-chain activity to your real name, email, or ID unless required by law.

  • DAO proposals and voting are pseudonymous — your identity remains private.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Significant updates will be:

  • Announced via email (7 days in advance)

  • Posted on the Site with updated “Last Revised” date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
